General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of business of the MELLIFERA.SI online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and on the basis of recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and international codes for online and electronic commerce.
The General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the MELLIFERA.SI Web Store (hereinafter referred to as “MELLIFERA”), operated by Bojana Vrviščar sp, Šentpavel 20, 1261 Dobrunje (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), the rights and obligations of the provider and visitors to the MELLIFERA.SI Website and users who make a purchase through the MELLIFERA.SI website (hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”).

The MELLIFERA.SI Online Store makes it possible to purchase high quality MELLIFERA brand products (hereinafter referred to as “goods”) in an easy, fast way throughout Slovenia at affordable prices.
Availability of information on the MELLIFERA.SI website
The Bidder undertakes to make the following information available to the buyer at all times:
1.) the identity of the provider (company name and registered office, registry number),
2.) contact information that enables the user or buyer to communicate with the provider,
3.) the essential characteristics of the goods,
the terms, costs and possible methods of delivery of the goods,
4.) clear and unambiguous prices and a clear indication of whether they already include taxes and shipping costs,
5.) possible payment methods,
the period of validity of the offer and the terms and conditions for withdrawal,
6.) an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all contact details.
Order, acknowledgment of receipt of order, verification and confirmation of order
When the bidder receives the order sent by the buyer, the buyer immediately confirms the acceptance of the order. This did not confirm that the goods were in stock or that the shipment of the goods had begun, but merely a notice to the buyer that the bidder had received the order and had begun the process of checking the availability of the goods.
After verifying the availability, the bidder sends the buyer a confirmation of the order with an e-mail link with the time and delivery details. The contract of sale between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder sends online confirmation of the order by the buyer.
All prices on the website are in Euros and do not include VAT because the provider is not subject to VAT.
All online store prices are product prices and do not include shipping costs. All prices are for online ordering of products only. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predefined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with published payment methods. The pictures of the products are illustrative and do not necessarily fully reflect the actual state of the offer.
Due to the nature of online business, the range of MELLIFERA’s online store is changing and updating quickly and frequently. Despite the tremendous effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate provider information in the MELLIFERA online store, it may be wrong to find out the price or availability information. In this case, or in case the price or. the availability status changes during the processing of the order itself, the bidder will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or offer him the best possible solution that will go to mutual satisfaction.
The provider sells goods through the MELLIFERA.SI website exclusively to consumers. Due to the specificity and limitations of the goods, the buyer can order up to 10 pieces of the same product with one order. Larger orders are accepted by appointment and via email.
The bidder has the right to reject the online order. Bojana Vrviščar s.p. for the MELLIFERA Line. The refusal of the order must be explained and the tenderer must immediately inform the buyer.
Payment method, delivery and shipping costs
Payment for goods purchased from the MELLIFERA.SI Online Store is possible through PayPal.
All products are delivered to the buyer by a contractual partner (hereinafter referred to as “the supplier”).
The delivery price is visibly marked with each order, as it depends on the weight of products ordered. The prize is calculated from the summary of weight of each order.
Purchases worth EUR 300 or more, the cost of delivery (packaging, packing, transport, postage) shall be payed by the offeror. Valid for EU countries and Swaziland.
Purchases worth EUR 400 or more, the cost of delivery (packaging, packing, transport, postage) shall be payed by the offeror. Valid for non EU countries.
Delivery time for the ordered goods is generally 2-6 business days. If the goods are not in stock, the bidder informs the buyer and agrees with the buyer on the delivery time.
In cases where the tenderer removes the ordered products in a timely manner and in accordance with the contract, he is not responsible for the deadline for delivery of the contracted delivery contractor.
Delivery of goods
In the case of delivery by delivery service provider, the addressee is obliged to pick up the goods at the address chosen by him during the purchase procedure, under the conditions laid down by delivery service provider.
The buyer or the addressee is obliged to check the quantity and quality of the goods upon receipt.
The Buyer expressly undertakes to forfeit other means of reimbursement of costs incurred, the purchase price paid and the costs of delivery of the goods, such as civil claims and the like, due to the subsequent delivery of the goods or any other method of delivery of the goods, and to retain all other minimum rights in accordance with the provisions of Articles 23 and 24 of the Consumer Protection Act. We ship all products in stock within 2-6 working days of receiving your order. We do not ship any goods on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Cancellation of order
After the electronic order has been placed, the buyer may withdraw from the order within 24 hours on the basis of a notice of withdrawal to the email address email@example.com.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you can return ordered goods purchased under a distance contract (including online purchase). The buyer asserts the right of access to the contract by informing the tenderer in writing within 15 days of receiving the goods at firstname.lastname@example.org that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. A message is considered to be timely if it is delivered on time. The buyer must then return the goods in their original packaging, unchanged and undamaged and not yet used to Bojana Vrviščar s.p., Šentpavel 20, 1261 Dobrunje within 30 days after the notice of withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer. Shipment with ransom is not accepted.
If you withdraw from the order, upon receipt of the goods and finding that it is undamaged, in the same quantity and not yet used, we will refund all payments made in accordance with the law. The cost of returning the goods upon cancellation of the order is borne by the buyer. We will refund the money as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal and return of the goods. When returning the goods, the buyer also sends the invoice for the goods and personal data and the transaction account to which he wants the payment to be returned.
Refusal of order
The online store MELLIFERA.SI may refuse an order that it determines that it cannot execute under the above conditions and the information at its disposal.
Keeping the order
E-mail or order placed the purchase contract is stored at the company headquarters. At the consumer’s request, the customer receives a copy of the order by e-mail or. to the physical address given in the order. The request can be submitted to our e-mail email@example.com or in writing to the company headquarters.
At MELLIFERA, we take care of quality products. If you have received a product that does not meet your wishes or needs, we will replace it with another product or refund you at your request. You can return it undamaged, unused and in its original packaging within 15 days of purchase to: Bojana Vrviščar s.p., Šentpavel 20, 1261 Dobrunje and we will refund your money. The refund option does not apply if the original packaging or security seal has been removed or the product has been used.
Return of damaged shipments
In the event that the postal package with which the buyer received the ordered products is physically damaged, it lacks content or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure. To do this, take a picture of the damage content, fill in the complaint and send everything on mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Together with delivery service provider, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as soon as possible.
Bojana Vrviščar s.p. is not responsible for the consequences of the use of products purchased through the MELLIFERA.SI online store resulting from use which does not comply with the instructions for use of these products. Bojana Vrviščar s.p. is not responsible for service disruptions resulting from user behavior (such as a computer infected with viruses) or from providers or paths or infrastructure used by the MELLIFERA.SI online store (eg, outages).
Bojana Vrviščar s.p. operates in accordance with applicable law and cares for users and customers at all times. In possible disputes, he shall use his best endeavors to reach a friendly solution. Any potential complaint may be referred to the published contacts by the buyer.

Appeals and disputes and the application of law
The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. Every effort is made to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person with whom the buyer can be contacted by telephone or email in the event of problems. The Bidder will confirm within five working days that it has received the complaint and will inform the user (the buyer) how long it will be considered and will keep him informed about the progress of the procedure. The Bidder will use its best endeavors to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement. If the amicable settlement of the dispute is not reached, the settlement of all disputes between the provider and the user (the buyer) is the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana. The provider and the user (buyer), as participants in electronic commerce, mutually recognize the validity of electronic communications in court.
These General Terms and Conditions and all disputes between the provider and the user (buyer) are governed by and applicable to Slovenian substantive and procedural law, without the application of rules of private international law which would refuse to apply any other law.
The provisions of the Obligations Code, the Electronic Market Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
In the event of changes to the regulations governing the operation of online stores, data protection and other areas related to the operation of the online store of the provider, and in the case of changes in its own business policy, it may amend and / or supplement these General Terms and Conditions, informed the users in an appropriate way, including the communication through the MELLIFERA.SI web site. Any amendments and / or additions to the General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force and apply after the expiration of eight days from the announcement of the amendments and / or additions. If changes and / or amendments to the General Terms and Conditions are necessary in order to comply with the regulations, exceptions and / or amendments may exceptionally enter into force and apply in a shorter time.
