DESCRIPTION:
The source of floral honey is nectar, which bees collect on fruit trees, rich meadows and flowering plants that attract pollinators with their color, smell, and especially with mead or nectar, which is produced in special small organs called nectaries or mead. In addition to nectar, bees also collect pollen or pollen. Typically, it is fairly light and medium to strong in taste. Flower honey can crystallize quite quickly. It is returned to the liquid state by heating to 40 degrees Celsius.
